NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – PC#2025-04
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Swatara Township Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing at the request of the applicant, McNaughton Properties, L.P., to rezone four (4) parcels of land, totaling approximately 171.87 acres. Currently, the four (4) parcels of land lie in the Residential Agricultural (R-A) District; and the applicant proposes to rezone the four (4) parcels of land to Residential Suburban (R-S) District.
The affected parcels of land are identified as: Parcel #36-004-052 (2402 Fulling Mill Rd.), Parcel #36-009-414 (Lumber St.), Parcel #36-009-002 (1260 Lumber St.), and Parcel #36-009-PDH (Lumber St.).
Additionally, the applicant proposes an Ordinance to the Lower Swatara Township Board of Commissioners to amend Chapter 27 (Zoning) by providing for Age-Restricted Residential Development as a Conditional Use within the Residential Suburban (R-S) District.
The PublicHearing will be held Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Lower Swatara Township Municipal Building, 1499 Spring Garden Drive, Middletown, PA.
