NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Swatara Township Board of Commissioners will hold a Conditional Use Hearing at the request of the Applicant, McNaughton Properties, LP. The Applicant requests a Conditional Use under §27-512 of Lower Swatara Township’s Zoning Ordinance to allow the development of an Age-Restricted Residential Development on three (3) existing parcels. The subject parcels are identified as:
- Parcel #36-004-012 (194 7 Oberlin Rd)
- Parcel #36-004-052 (2402 Fulling Mill Rd)
- Parcel #36-009-414 (Lumber St)
The Conditional Use Hearing will be held Wednesday, September 02, 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Lower Swatara Township Municipal Building, 1499 Spring Garden Drive, Middletown, PA.
